Base:
1 cup coconut 125g melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup BAKELS GLUTEN FREE FLOUR
Combine all ingredients and spread into a leamington tin. Bake at l80°C for 5 minutes.
Filling:
1Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp golden syrup
1 1/2 tins condensed milk
Melt together in a microwave untiljust mixed then pour over base and cook another 10 minutes.
