1 cup GLUTEN FREE FLOUR
1 tsp allspice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 beaten egg
1 cup finely chopped butter
1 cup hot milk
1 cup stale GF breadcrumbs
1 cup brown sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp BAKELS GLUTEN FREE BAKING POWDER
3 cups of mixed fruit
1 cup dates
1 cup cherries and Ginger
1/2 cup almonds
Soak fruit in brandy overnight
Pour hot milk over breadcrumbs and add beaten egg, brown sugar and butter. Add sifted dry ingredients then add fruit.
Steam in a greased basin for 3 hours.
