Gluten Free Artisan Bread (makes 2 Artisan loaves)

600g (1 Pack) Bakels Gluten Free Artisan Bread Mix

540ml (540g) tepid water (25°-30°C.)

14g (3 teaspoons)instant active yeast

30g vegetable oil


Make Up Instructions for Artisan Bread

Place Gluten Free Artisan Bread Mix into mixer with beater attachment, and add yeast, water and oil.

Mix on low speed for 1 minute and then on medium speed for 4 minutes.

Transfer the dough onto a bench dusted with Bakels Gluten Free flour and mould into desired shapes. P

lace onto a lightly greased baking tray, cover with oiled cling-wrap and leave in warm place to double in size.

Remove the cling-wrap. Pre-heat oven to 210°C.

If desired, gently cut the dough skin (not more than 3 mm deep) with a sharp knife into a nice simple pattern. Place the tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
