Use standard Gluten Free Artisan Bread recipe:
600g (1 Pack) Bakels Gluten Free Artisan Bread Mix
540ml (540g) tepid water (25°-30°C.)
14g (3 teaspoons)instant active yeast
30g vegetable oil
After mixing, divide into dough pieces of 100g.
Shape dough pieces into round balls on a bench dusted with Bakels Gluten Free Flour.
Place onto a lightly greased baking tray, cover with oiled cling-wrap and leave in warm place to double in size.
Pre-heat oven to 210°C. Remove the cling-wrap and if desired, dust the dough pieces with Bakels Gluten Free Flour (using a hand-sieve) and gently cut the dough skin (not more than 3mm deep) with a sharp knife into a star or a simple straight centre line.
Place the tray in the centre of the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
